We ship all orders within 1-2 days.

When ordering for delivery to an EU country from an EU billing address the price paid for the product will include Danish taxes due to the rules of items free mobility. The tax amount will be shown on both your receipt and invoice.
When ordering to a non-EU country you will not be charged Danish taxes. However, the price paid by you for the products and delivery services will remain the same as shown on the website.
This means that the total price you pay us for products, is always the same, regardless of whether or not Danish tax is chargeable on the sale.

Please be aware that when purchasing to a country based outside of the EU, local taxes may be applied during import in the recipient's country. The responsibility of which falls to the recipient.



Given the nature of our products, there are bound to be peculiarities contained in their pages- loose grains, stray graphics, color variations. These oddities are what tell the story of leftover paper and are seen as what makes our products unique. By ordering products over our webshop you consent that you are aware of the nature of our products and support the story which is told in their pages.


Products bought on are fully returnable and refundable within 30 days upon receipt. If you want to return a product let us know within 14 days upon receipt by sending an email to Please explain which products you want to return and please return the items within 14 days after letting us know. Note that the right of withdrawal is annulled if you use the products in a way that reduces the sales value. The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition as they were upon receipt and in the original packaging. If not, you will receive a refund equal to the state of the items.

Please note that you are responsible for the goods until we receive them and that you have to cover the return costs. If an item is damaged or lost during return shipment you can be held responsible. In that case, it is your own responsibility to document the return.

When we receive your parcel and the items are approved we will return the order amount to your account. If you return all items in your order we will refund the original shipping costs, if you however only return part of your order we will only refund the cost of the item.

The goods are insured in transit and we kindly ask you to check the content of the parcel upon receipt. If the parcel and/or the content are damaged upon receipt, please let us know within 24 hours after receipt so we can get the item cost refunded. We are responsible for goods, which have been damaged in transit. We will happily replace the item or return the cost of the item if no longer in stock. Once we hear from you we will try to track your parcel. If not tracked within 14 days, we will forward a new parcel without cost.

Complaints can be made in accordance with the rules established by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can make a complaint of defects and faults in the product, which has occurred within 24 months after the purchase. This does, however, not apply to defects, damages or wear caused by misuse, lacking maintenance or ordinary wear and tear.
